Refund policy

All products sold are custom-made and produced based on customer specifications.

• If production has not started, a full refund may be issued.
• Once production has started, the production payment is non-refundable.
• If an error occurs due to our handling or our production partners, we will correct the issue or offer a suitable refund where applicable.
• Errors caused by incorrect information, designs, sizes, or details provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.
