Why do you require a 70% payment upfront?
All our products are custom-made. The 70% payment covers production costs and allows work to begin immediately.
Proof of completed work is shared before the remaining balance is paid.
When does production start?

How long does production take?
Production time depends on the product, quantity, and level of customization.

Will I see my order before paying the full amount?
Yes. Photo or video proof of the completed work is shared before the final balance is paid.
Can I visit to see the machines or production process?
We do not operate a public walk-in workshop.
All production is coordinated through our verified partners, and orders are managed online for efficiency and proper record keeping.
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are shared during order confirmation.
All payments must be completed before delivery or pickup.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. Due to the custom nature of our products, Cash on Delivery is not available.
What happens if there is a mistake with my order?
If an error occurs due to our handling or our production partners, we will correct the issue or offer a suitable solution.
Errors caused by incorrect details provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before production starts.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations are not possible.
How is delivery handled?
Delivery or pickup arrangements are confirmed after production is completed and full payment is received.
